Buddies Ministry

Our Buddy system is designed to provide specialized care for individuals with disabilities, allowing parents and guardians to fully engage in worship services while knowing their loved ones are safe, supported, and included as part of the church community.

Each member of our Buddy team is thoroughly trained and background-checked, ensuring the highest level of care and attention for your loved one.

If you are interested in learning more or would like to explore how we can best support your family, please reach out to Grace Meyer or contact the church office. We’d be happy to discuss your specific needs. You can also find our Plan of Care form at the bottom of this page under "Forms."

Sundays at 10:45 AM (during the worship service)
Buddies are available for children with disabilities during the 10:45 AM service, or by request at other church services and events.

Camp Levi

Camp Levi is a special retreat hosted by JPC designed to encourage and uplift families affected by disability. It’s a place where families are not only welcomed but celebrated, offering a refuge of rest, peace, and joy away from the everyday challenges of life.

At Camp Levi, every family member is valued and included. Through worship, teaching, fun activities, and meaningful fellowship, we ensure that all participants are cared for. Each individual with a disability is paired with a trained and compassionate Short Term Missionary (STM) who provides dedicated support and friendship. Additionally, each sibling is paired with their own STM, ensuring that the entire family is supported and cared for.

This unique structure allows parents and caregivers to relax, engage in retreat activities, and connect with one another in a stress-free environment. Most importantly, families leave Camp Levi filled with the same exuberant joy that our loving Father has for us.

“The Lord your God is in your midst,
a mighty one who will save;
he will rejoice over you with gladness;
he will quiet you by his love;
he will exult over you with loud singing.”
