Dustin and his wife, Caroline, have six wonderful children. Because of their son’s disabilities, they have a special love for other families affected by disabilities. Dustin graduated from Ole Miss, earned his MDiv from Reformed Theological Seminary, and his DMin from Beeson Divinity School. When not at church or with his family, Dustin can usually be found fly fishing in a river, praying that a trout would rise.
Scott was born in Washington but moved to Oregon at the ripe old age of eight. He has a passion for missions, having traveled to various countries to serve on the mission field. He earned his BA in Spanish from SOU and his MA in Biblical Studies from Multnomah Seminary. Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, Meridith, and their young children, Eliana and Caleb. He loves drumming, scuba diving, languages, and church history, and can frequently be found enjoying the culinary blessings of one of Medford’s many taco trucks.
Richard was ordained in Wales (1998) and joined our staff in 2008. Richard helps oversee our Stephen Ministry and helps our deacons care for those in need in the church and around the Valley. Richard is a trustworthy and supportive pastor to anyone going through a difficult season of life. Besides serving on staff, Richard also serves as a local part-time Hospice Chaplain. Along with his wife, Alex, and their cats, he loves living and serving in the Rogue Valley.
Joy grew up in Southern Oregon and graduated from Ashland HS. She earned a BA in Elementary Education from Linfield College. Joy is always up for an adventure, especially with her husband of 24 years, Bryan, and their three young adult children. She enjoys playing tennis, paddle boarding, and hiking. She is passionate about discipleship and supporting families in their faith and is always looking for opportunities to shine the light of Jesus.
Nate has been attending JPC since he was 7 years old, and has grown up being a part of our worship team and youth ministry. Nate graduated from Cascade Christian HS and Biola University, where he earned a BA in Elementary Education and minored in Biblical Studies & Music in Worship. Nate loves to laugh, play guitar, and mentor teenagers in the grace and truth of the gospel. Nate is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity at Western Seminary in Portland.
Meridith was born and raised in Southern Oregon. Though she is an Oregon girl at heart, she spent several years abroad doing missions work in Thailand and South Korea. She holds a BA in Music from Simpson University and MA in Media and Worship Arts from Dallas Theological Seminary. She enjoys music, creativity, hiking, and spending time with her husband Scott and their young children, Eliana and Caleb.
Kristian is a native Oregonian who grew up in Eagle Point. She enjoys spending time in the outdoors and painting. After studying graphic arts then serving in South Africa with Youth With A Mission, she returned to the Rogue Valley. She is excited to partner with families to share the life-changing power of the gospel.
Grace was born and raised in Southern Oregon. She attended Corban University, where she earned a BS in Counseling Psychology. It was at Corban that she met her husband, Gabriel. Together, they love spending time in God's beautiful creation, enjoying good books, and engaging in thoughtful conversation. With a heart for coming alongside families affected by disabilities, Grace is passionate about supporting others in their faith journey. She is excited to continue growing alongside the church community, fostering relationships, and walking with families as they grow in Christ.
Mark is an Oregon native and is passionate about the outdoors. He can often be found riding the trails on his motorcycle. His favorite spots include the Cook-N-Green Trail to Azalea Lake and Johns Peak. He attended Mt. Hood College and studied small business management. Jesus' words in John 14:6 are an inspiration to him: "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
Michele grew up in southern California, but she moved to Oregon to finish her college education. She earned a BA in History and an MA in Secondary Education at SOU. She met and married Rick, and they have raised their two sons in the Rogue Valley. Her favorite spot in town is the library, as she is passionate about reading & education. She is also passionate about sharing God's word with others. "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; Trust also in me." (John 14:1)
Roy is a retired firefighter/paramedic. He has been a follower of Christ since he was a young child. He is passionate about church production and has been involved in various ways for over 30 years. He and his family moved to Oregon in 2018. He enjoys wood working and spending time with his wife, Liz and their three children.
